You are directly responsible for the success of these firms during their pilot and their happy conversion from trials to long-term DraftWise customers and partners. You will partner closely with Account Executives as they bring in new firms and Customer Success Managers as they transition your successful new business into long-term customers. We’re hiring for an Events and Partnerships Manager to help scale conference, marketplace, and partnership efforts at DraftWise. You will work cross-functionally to deliver high-caliber activations at some of the largest industry events in legal, helping to build brand awareness and deliver new leads and greater velocity to our sales team. In addition to events ownership, you’ll tackle building out critical relationships with marketplace, product, and business partners. You will be responsible for scaling some of our most important sales and marketing channels – a knack for operational excellence is a must!
We're looking for an experienced, backend software engineer to join our core team. As an early team member, you will have a broad ownership and impact on the technology, the product, and our culture. You’ll work alongside and learn from a first-rate engineering team on big data, distributed systems (scalability and concurrency), enterprise search, and cloud infrastructure.
As a Legal Product Specialist you will be the internal voice of the customer at DraftWise. You will work closely with our Product, Design and Engineering teams in the development and testing of new features and you will help shape our understanding of drafting, negotiation and review workflows for lawyers. You will also help communicate the value of our product to new users and customers. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, capable of understanding technical concepts and translating complex legal concepts into terms non-lawyers can interpret.
You will be responsible for machine learning in our product. You will work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams in discovery, development, and testing of new features, and you will shape our understanding of both what is possible and what is attainable. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be both comfortable hacking a proof of concept and have the foundation to design and manage datasets for production models. Further, you should have a keen interest in product vision and willingness to deeply understand lawyer workflows and pain points.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the growth of multiple products at DraftWise. We are at a very exciting stage and have the resources to develop a number of new generative AI products for lawyers, alongside continued development of our core platform. You will be responsible for the success of these products from inception to launch, working directly with our users as well as Sales and Customer Success to define a vision for the future of each product. You will coordinate the development of the product with our Design and Engineering teams and ensure that DraftWise is prioritizing the right features and capabilities to empower our users to write better and safer contracts. As an early member of our product team you will be instrumental in designing scalable operations and making critical decisions for our future roadmap In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about understanding user needs and rigorously prioritizing feature development to meet those needs.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager on our team, you will own client relationships from pilot and testing through conversion and enterprise rollout. You are directly responsible for the success of these customers, both the conversion to paying customers and the ongoing adoption by lawyers at the firm. You will act as the voice of your users in defining and proposing new product features and work directly with Engineers on our team to ensure development meets your user’s needs.
We're looking for a Frontend/Fullstack software engineers to join our growing yet still core team as a founding engineer. As an early team member, you will have a broad ownership, impact over the technology, the product, and our culture. You’ll have the opportunity to evolve within our fast-growing company. We have plenty of challenges at all levels of the stack, from the nuts and bolts of Docker and VM infrastructure and NLP all the way up to building beautiful web technology. We would love to have you to take ownership of features, make architectural and product decisions as well as writing code.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer on our team, you will be primarily responsible for the design and intuitive flow of our core products. Lawyers are a demanding user base, so our products must be engaging, simple and easy to learn in minutes. You will be tasked with overhauling the current design to a new standard as well as engaging with the Product, Customer Success and Engineering teams working with ongoing feature designs as we consider new capabilities we can deliver to lawyers. You'll conduct user research directly with lawyers, build and iterate on prototypes, deliver polished screens to our engineering team and validate your designs are having a positive impact on actual usage.
